Kade-wah-nan-des-kah?

Hey all,
Here is a new drawing I recently completed. It is charcoal and pastel on paper and measures about 40"x 50". I am working on trying to create deeper space and including more pattern and color that is still being heavily influenced by African, Indian and Japanese textiles and cultures. Enjoy!

Bea - I really like these charcoal drawings! As someone with an admittedly untrained eye, I found the contrasts betweeen light and dark to be captivating. You are the quite the talent.

I did have one question: what does the name mean?

Keep up the great work and congrats on the show starting at the HallSpace Gallery!

Hope you're doing well,
